Find the best way to get proof of your COVID-19 vaccinations for your situation.
- Paper Copy: If you would like to get proof of your COVID-19 vaccinations as a hardcopy, you can call the Australian Immunisation Register on 1800 653 809 (Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm) and ask them to send your immunisation history statement to you. It can take up to 14 days to arrive in the post.
