Practice nurse RN or EN for Primary Care - Maternity Leave

Due to expansion & maternity we have a role for a casual practice nurse to join our family in Abermain and Gillieston Heights Medical Centre and cover leave. We are a small family owned practice that values our staff and patients care.
Your daily duties will include Chronic disease management (GPMP), over 75 health assessments, 715 health checks, assist with iron infusions, assisting the doctors with procedures, treatment room tasks, immunisations and more. Provide coverage for sick and annual leave
Essential requirements:
- AHPRA registration
- Keen to learn and develop professionally
- Team player that can multitask
Desirable:
- Immunisation certificate
- Previous experience working in general practice
- Previous experience with chronic disease management and health assessments
- Used Best Practice
- MBS item knowledge
