Diabetic Educator
- Provide dietary services in accordance with Guidelines
- Develop nutrition plans and implement interventions based on knowledge of patient’s Diabetes Requirements
- Implement personalised, age-specific and culturally appropriate nutrition strategies
- Provide Diabetic education and counselling for medications and nutrition
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with data entry and data analysis
- Strong problem solving, project management and organisation skills
- Must have AHPRA Registration
