Increase COVID-19 vaccination among Aboriginal people in NSW – a message to General Practice in Hunter New England and the Central Coast

All Aboriginal people 12years and older are eligible and a priority population for COVID-19 vaccination, yet the current vaccination rate among Aboriginal people in NSW is significantly lower than non-Aboriginal people. Outbreaks affecting Aboriginal communities in different parts of NSW have increased the urgency for vaccination.

Each session involves a brief introduction to the meditation style, brief evidence base, innovative breathwork and stress release. Various relaxing exercises, tools and guided visualisations are all suitable to those who have never meditated and those who have.
