Medical Receptionist
- We are looking for a Permanent part time/Casual Medical Receptionist.
- Young dynamic people with computer skills and who are eager to learn and switch careers to Medical Receptionist are welcome to apply
- Available for 3-4 days/week, 24-28 hours
- Permanent part time or Casual position
- Working various shifts Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 12:00pm(sharing roster).
- General Practice Experience desirable but not essential, training will be provided
- Best Practice software experience desirable but Not essential. Training will be provided.
- Computer literate- sound knowledge of excel, microsoft word, scanning, faxing etc
- Good Communication and customer service skills
- Processing of patients account online
- Processing of the end of day transaction and banking
- Working alone for weekend shifts opening and closing after training
- Correspondence and reports for doctors and nursing staff
- Processing of batching for doctors’ payments
