Medical Practice Manager
Working as a practice manager in a New-established medical centre which will start to work in Dec/Jan
Experience in a Practice Manager role or similar role within the Healthcare industry
Excellent communication and administrative skills with a high attention to detail
Experience using practice management software is desirable
Strong customer service skills and understanding of the ethos of patient care
Brilliant people management skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture
Ability to engage, motivate and manage staff to achieve desired business outcomes
Experience in staff inductions, training, rostering and the onboarding of new doctors
Mindset for business development, innovation and growth
Experience using Social media is Highly desirable
