2022 Connections Forum, ‘Supporting the cultural determinants of health for Aboriginal parents, infants, children and families: Together we are stronger
The Connections Forum is a dedicated conference to support Aboriginal health and wellbeing in Aboriginal maternal, infant, child and family health services. The forum highlights interprofessional knowledge, experiences and ideas, to increase collaboration and connection between health staff, programs and services, regardless of geographical location.
