Gill is currently a Senior Lecturer with the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Western Sydney University. Gill has worked as a mental health nurse for 25 years, with experiences in forensic, in-patient, community and emergency mental health services. She has worked in both UK and Australian clinical mental health services.
