Psychosocial Grants 2024 Information Session
The Hunter, New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network (PHN) will make available $1 million in funding for psychosocial grants for evidence based non-clinical psychosocial programs that will assist in increasing individual and community wellbeing, providing much needed low intensity mental health options.
