Practice Manager to join our growing team NEW PRACTICE NEWCASTLE

Working closely with our other Practice Manager & administration team across multiple sites.

Essential:

• experience in a general practice setting or similar
• Demonstrated computer experience using Outlook, Word, Excel
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• High-level attention to detail
• Be able to work as part of a team and independently always maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Per current Public Health Orders, all employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
• Payroll and Xero
• Rostering
• Accreditation Experience
• Desirable Requirements:
  

• Current CPR training. Up to date training will be provided through the practice
• Medical administration or business course completed
• Knowledge of, or experience using Best Practice medical software or similar
• General Practice or Specialist experience
• Processing of Medicare claims, both Online and Easy Claiming
• Processing of patient accounts using TYRO or similar.
• Experience working with specialists and allied health
• Diploma of Practice Manager or similar
