Medical Receptionist
We are a family orientated medical practice that strives to provide an exceptional level of care to our patients. We are looking to recruit a casual medical receptionist.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated person who not only has excellent administrative skills but who also has outstanding customer service skills. We are seeking a team player to assist in the daily operations of our front desk. You must have the ability to multi task, be a hands on individual and be self motivated.
Duties include:
- All elements of customer service including telephone and face to face
- Processing payments and invoicing
- Basic administrative duties including; scanning, filing, faxing, mailing etc
- Organising and management of appointments and patient enquiries
- Support general practice maintenance
Essential Criteria:
- A high level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding customer service and administrative skills
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Current NSW drivers licence
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment
- Available to work for up to 8 hours per shift from 8.00am - 6.00pm
