Allied Health Business Skills Group - Coaching Program - Expressions of Interest (EOI)

The PHN is pleased to be offering Allied Health Professionals in the Hunter New England and Central Coast region the opportunity to access professional online group coaching delivered by Momentum Business Improvement Specialists.

Have you ever attended a seminar, workshop or course, appreciated the content, but never applied what you learned? That’s where this program stands out.

Many workshops fail to bridge the gap between learning and applying because there's no push for implementation. With this program, you’ll receive guidance from Harry Raftos and David Crook, two of Australia’s top Business Coaches. Since 2001, they have worked one-one-one with hundreds of business owners, amassing over 35,000 hours of coaching experience.

They will ensure you stay focused, accountable, and continually strive for success in this program. The program content will cover the key topics of wellbeing, time management, business structure, leadership, client/patient engagement, customer service, cash flow and business planning.

Program Inclusions:
12 x fortnightly 90-minute group coaching sessions with professional business coaches via Zoom, some access to one-on-one phone calls with coaches (if required) and downloadable course resources.

Bonus: You’ll also receive, FREE access (for 9 months) to three additional self-paced online courses usually valued at $597 per person.

This opportunity would normally be valued at $3,995 per person. For successful applicants the PHN will subsidise this program reducing the participation fee to $295 per person or $495 for two people from the same organisation. If your application is successful, the subsidised program payment and a completed survey providing information about yourself and your organisaion will be due on acceptance into the program.

Selection Criteria:
Allied health business practice owners, practice managers or equivalent
Expression of Interest (EOI) application submission demonstrates the following;

• a genuine commitment to allocate time to fully participate in the program
• a desire and readiness to implement change
• a willingness to help foster a supportive environment that empower participants to implement change for the better.

Dates:
EOI opens: 18 March 2024
EOI closes: 16 May 2024 at 5 pm
Outcomes of the EOI will be informed to applicants approximately by 31 May 2024 and payments will be due.
Course commences: June and conclude in November 2024

All identifiable information provided in this application will be shared with the PHN and Momentum Business Improvement only. De-identified high level responses may be provided publicly to demonstrate business knowledge or change from participation. All information shared within the course will remain confidential therefore, due to the nature of the group coaching sessions they will not be recorded.
