Digital Care Survey for Allied Health

The Hunter New England Central Coast Primary Health Network (The PHN) are implementing the Health-e Together Digital Care Survey - 2023 for Allied Health Clinicians to better understand the use of digital health in allied health practices in our region.
The PHN currently provides a range of digital health support to local allied health practices, including digital health grants, digital health toolbox, telehealth support and resources, digital and data project work and advocacy. In the development of the National PHN Allied Health in Primary Care Engagement Framework, digital quality and digital maturity have been identified as one of the six key priority areas of focus for PHN’s nationally.
We would like to hear how you use digital health in your everyday operations and give you the opportunity to inform us how we can better support you and meet your individual needs. The survey is open to all Allied health private practice owners, practice managers or administration staff.
One person per practice is required to complete the survey, with a specific focus on practices who provide Occupational Therapy, Dietetics, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology and Podiatry services. Please note this survey is not suitable for Pharmacy due to the unique use of technology, a specific pharmacy survey is being considered for future implementation.

The Health-e Together Digital Care Survey - 2023 for Allied Health Clinicians opens on the 14 March 2023 and closes on the 14 April 2023.
A link to the survey will be provided to all Allied Health professionals in our database on 14 March.
You may wish to complete the survey independently; however we recommend joining one of the webinar sessions for a guided walkthrough to support you to complete the survey while having any questions answered during the process.
