Disaster Recovery and Resilience Support Brochure Developed

The Central Coast Local Health District's Mental Health Unit has developed a Disaster Recovery and Resilience Support Information brochure for the general public.

The resource outlines how the community can take care of their mental health following a disaster, including common reactions, when to seek help and local help available.

The resource is in PDF format and can be printed or is available to order in hard copy, free of charge for GPs, Primary Care professionals and practice teams within the Central Coast LHD region.

Download the Brochure or order hardcopies by emailing Lauren Shields (Lauren.Shields@health.nsw.gov.au) with your address and preferred quantity.
