Research Opportunity: Insights on pharmacist-administered vaccinations

University of Canberra researchers are undertaking a study to gain insights on pharmacist-administered vaccinations.

The research aims to investigate the facilitators and barriers, past and present, to pharmacist administered vaccination services from the perspective of the Australian pharmacist.

The project will use a brief online survey to gain insights and pharmacists are encouraged to have their say.

The information gained from the research will be used to inform future policy that impacts vaccination service delivery by Australian pharmacists.

The survey has been developed in consultation with experts from the National Centre for Immunisation and Research Surveillance (NCIRS).

Further information about the study may be obtained by contacting the chief investigator, Dr Mary Bushell, at mary.bushell@canberra.edu.au
