This 1 hour session provides an overview of asthma, COPD and identifies asthma-COPD overlap, including current evidence-based management using both the Australian Asthma Handbook and the COPD-X Guidelines. It includes diagnosis, management, medications and the importance of action plans for self-management is discussed.
This 1.5 hour session aims to update health professionals on the latest asthma and COPD medications and devices. It includes a demonstration of the correct technique for each device and highlights the benefits of correct device use in maintaining medication management for those with respiratory conditions.
