The resilience of our communities has certainly been tested, as these challenges followed on from several years of hardship experienced through drought and bushfires. In recognition of these hard-felt experiences the PHN is pleased to offer the opportunity for communities and organisations to apply for Community Recovery and Reconnection Grants. The grant round is designed to assist our communities to reconnect after long periods of stay-at-home orders, restrictions, and uncertainty.
The grants will support activities, initiatives and programs that aim to strengthen social and community connections, support social and emotional wellbeing and boost resilience building for communities and individuals.
This grant round opened on 19th May and will close on the 12th June 2022.
