Save the date, the Primary Care Quality and Innovation Awards are back and submissions are open!

The Awards evening is a fantastic opportunity for us to come together as a community to celebrate and acknowledge each other and the outstanding contributions that are made across the sector.

We are calling for all primary care providers, businesses and individuals across the Hunter, New England and Central Coast region to enter if they have made a notable contribution to their community through innovation and quality care.

Submissions are now open.

There are six Award categories available:

• Patients first award
• Closing the gap award
• Supporting patients through technology award
• Primary care innovation award
• Primary care leader award
• Dedication to primary service award (New!)
