Specialised Menopause Hub - Central Coast
Central Coast Local Health District are pleased to announce the commencement of a new Menopause Service for support and advice for all stages of the menopause transition. The Menopause Service Women’s Health Physiotherapist and Women’s Health Nurse provide:
- Menopause and Perimenopause Education
- Support and management of menopause symptoms
- Bone health for the management of Osteoporosis and fracture prevention
- Lifestyle and nutrition management
- Women’s Health assessments
- Care Co-ordination and referrals to services as needed
- Collaboration with client’s GP
- Referral to Royal North Shore Specialised Menopause Hub for women with severe and complex menopause symptoms
CCLHD Menopause Service locations-Wyong Central Community Health Centre, Wyong Hospital, Gosford Hospital, Woy Woy Hospital
- Face to face and Virtual consultations available
- No referral required
