Engage with the PHN’s Health-e Together Digital Care Toolbox: Your Insights Matter

Hunter New England and Central Coast Primary Health Network (the PHN) continues its commitment to advancing digital health initiatives to support the primary healthcare workforce. Your insights are crucial in shaping how we communicate the future of digital healthcare delivery, and we believe your perspective will greatly contribute to the success of our efforts.

To support the Australian Digital Health Agency initiatives and healthcare providers in the adoption of digital health tools and technologies, the Health-e Together Digital Care Toolbox was launched in September 2022.

This toolbox offers healthcare providers a range of resources and aims to support the implementation of digital change at various levels of digital health readiness and to assist healthcare providers in recognising how digital health technologies are applied in practice to achieve greater efficiency in healthcare delivery and better health outcomes for consumers.

To further enhance the effort of the PHNs digital health strategy, we are refining and enhancing the Health-e Together Digital Care Toolbox. Our goal is to ensure that the toolbox resonates across primary healthcare sector audiences, catering to the unique needs of healthcare providers. In addition, we are undertaking a communication strategy to gain insights from all primary care providers. This collaborative approach aims to foster a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the field, ensuring that our digital health initiatives align with the diverse needs of primary care stakeholders across our region.

To achieve this, we have crafted a survey that explores key themes related to digital health solutions. Your valuable input will guide us in understanding best practices, identifying crucial factors for successful adoption, and addressing challenges and barriers.
