Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) education and training expressions of interest

Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) will be available as a choice for eligible people in NSW from 28 November 2023.

As we work toward understanding how our Local Health Districts (Central Coast and Hunter New England) will implement VAD, we invite you to participate in a short survey.

The purpose of the survey is to determine general awareness of the legislation, highlight the role you’re obliged to play under the Act, and understand how many of you who maybe be eligible practitioners are interested in a more active role as coordinating, consulting, or administrating practitioners.

The survey is voluntary and confidential. We would be grateful if you would take the time to participate in the survey and share the survey link with your health professional networks.

NSW Health has information available on its website here.
