Living well with complex mental health needs

For many people, living well with complex mental health requires more than just medical management of symptoms. Taking active steps towards a healthy and more fulfilling life will not only help your mental health, it will improve your physical wellbeing and connection with the world around you.

During this 60min online session, led by SANE CEO, Rachel Green, topic experts will share information about a range of evidence-based activities, programs and tools that can sit alongside traditional mental health care to support recovery and maximise quality of life. Speakers will provide insights on the benefits of exercise and art therapy, self-care from a lived experience perspective and working with your GP to not just manage symptoms but improve quality of life.
