Fine Tuning Project identifies measures that have reduced burden of reporting for Commissioned Services

Reducing the burden of reporting for commissioned services was a commitment the PHN made after the provider satisfaction survey was completed in 2022. Since then, significant work has occurred to streamline reporting and provide a line of sight to performance measures that the Department of Health and Aged Care use to monitor PHNs’ performance.
