As the PHN continues to focus on equitable access there is an opportunity to remind the commissioned Mental Health Services about accessing free translation services to assist clients from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) background.

Cervical and Breast Screening will cover: updates on the National Cervical Screening Guidelines, including self-collection; case studies; resources available for the patient, the do's and don'ts.

Reducing the burden of reporting for commissioned services was a commitment the PHN made after the provider satisfaction survey was completed in 2022. Since then, significant work has occurred to streamline reporting and provide a line of sight to performance measures that the Department of Health and Aged Care use to monitor PHNs’ performance.
