This 3.5-hour virtual workshop will introduce participants to ways of identifying their strengths and working with them for increased effectiveness and resilience. Using the world-renowned VIA Character Strengths Profile, this session will encourage participants to consider ways to adopt a strengths-based approach to their own development. With guidance from an accredited organisational coach, participants explore their own Character Strengths Profile and discuss ways to apply their strengths in a variety of situations and contexts
