Myrtle Oak Clinic is the Central Coast and Newcastle’s leading eating disorder private practice clinic.
With a team of Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinicians, both Psychologists and Accredited Practising Dietitians, Myrtle Oak Clinic is able to offer timely access to effective eating disorder treatment. Supporting people in our community who are living with a clinical or emerging eating disorder, at any age, gender or length of time from onset.
Founded in 2015, Myrtle Oak Clinic offers both in-person and telehealth service options, increasing access to specialised eating disorder treatment in the local region and further afield. Clinicians also offer education, support and counselling to those caring for someone with an eating disorder and utilise our administrative team's wealth of knowledge on Medicare eating disorder care plans and Medicare case conferencing item numbers to support a collaborative approach to care and be a resource to general practice medical centres.

Not all community members have equitable and accessible options for support when striving for recovery from an eating disorder.
