The HNECC PHN is pleased to announce the finalists contending for top honours at this year's Primary Care Quality and Innovation Awards to be held on Friday 26 July.
The Awards celebrate the outstanding contributions from primary care providers and individuals across the PHN, with innovation, excellence and the pursuit of equitable access to primary health the overarching themes of the annual event.
The finalists have been determined following a thorough review and assessment of all nominations received against the awards criteria by panels of health industry professionals.
Winners will be announced at a gala event on Friday 26 July hosted at NEX in Newcastle. Tickets to the Awards will be available soon.
Patients First Award
Awarded to healthcare organisations, clinics/teams and/or service providers that put people and communities first in their practice: they demonstrate engagement strategies to support best practice outcomes for the health care organisation, the community, and their patients.
