Your guide to creating job ads that work.

The PHN has consulted with a recruitment agency to develop resources to assist your organisation in recruitment. The resources include three videos and a job ad template.

The Job ad template is designed to assist you to write ads which tell candidates why your organisation will be good for them and their career.
This may not be an easy mindset change. If you’ve not yet watched our videos on how to do this, we recommend you invest the 9-minutes that might just make the difference for your organisation.

The recruitment videos provide a ‘how to guide’ on attracting potential candidates, where to advertise and how to retain current staff.
The videos below are aimed at all health care businesses including General Practice and Allied Health, with all types of roles from administration staff to senior clinicians.
