Complimentary parking bays are located next to each villa, reception, restaurant and function facilities. Please ensure valuables are not left in plain sight and your car is locked.

Andrew Davison

NSW Chief Allied Health Officer

He has 20 years of experience working in health care, as an allied health clinician, in health service management and in executive leadership roles. He has worked in inpatient, outpatient, community and primary care settings in metropolitan, rural and remote NSW, as well as in the UK. He also has experience working in the not-for profit sector as well as the private pharmaceutical and insurance industries.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetics), a Master of Business Administration with Distinction and a Graduate Diploma of Health Management.

Andrew is passionate about growing the value-based healthcare provided by the multidisciplinary teams, through advancing allied health clinical practice to improve patient outcomes and their experience of receiving care and treatment, through research and data analytics, as well as strengthening allied health clinical and professional governance.

After competing internationally for more than two decades, wheelchair racer Christie Dawes has rightfully earned a reputation for being one of the fiercest competitors in the game. She first became eligible to compete in Paralympic sport as a 10-year-old, when – just 11 months after her dad had taken his own life – she became a paraplegic in a car accident.

Dianne Ball, affectionately known as Aunty Di Ball, is an esteemed leader in the Port Stephens community. Aunty Di is the executive director of the Raymond Terrace-based Wahroonga Aboriginal Corporation, has been connecting local Indigenous families and individuals to the services and programs they need within the community.

Chelsea is the immediate past president of the NSW Branch of Pharmaceutical Society of Australia (PSA), past chair of the NSW Early Career Pharmacist working group, and a previous representative on the NSW Poison’s Advisory Committee. She currently is working on a PhD looking at how pharmacists can support people with a disability with their medications, while working in her community pharmacies.

Chelsea is passionate about pharmacists’ roles being recognised and utilised to their full potential, had input to the development of online education in prescription medicine safety, harm minimisation, and disability, and had numerous peer reviewed journal articles published in clinical and industry areas of pharmacy.

Ex & Sport Sci, M Clin Ex Phys ESSAM, AEP

Chris, an Exercise and Sport Science graduate with a Master's in Clinical Exercise Physiology (ESSAM, AEP), and serves as the Clinic Manager of a multi-award-winning exercise physiology clinic, known for its focus on education and empowerment. Chris’ passion to facilitate movement and improve lives has seen him progress in his roles over time as his commitment to effective healthcare and rehabilitation propelled him this leadership role.

In his role, Chris oversees a team dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care to all patients whilst also showing ongoing support and involvement with community programs. Beyond his professional endeavors, Chris finds joy in his roles as a dedicated father and husband. When he's not leading the clinic, Chris enjoys golf, rugby league, and spending too much time on his lawn.

Practice Owner/Manager

As the owner and Practice Manager of a GP practice, Deb advocates for equity care and access. Sanctuary Medical Practice Fletcher provides care for people living with a disability, employs a psychologist, social worker and looking for non-dispensing pharmacist to assist disability homes coordinate care. The practice sees the value of diversifying workforce for greater access and sharing the load with GPs.

Richard Nankervis commenced as Chief Executive position of HNECC PHN on 1 July 2015. Richard is a founding Director on the Board of the Centre of Innovation in Regional Health. Richard is the Australian PHN CEO lead for the National PHN Commissioning Review, for the development of PHN engagement with Allied Health, and for the development of PHN support for ex-service personnel. Richard has contributed on the Expert Advisory Group for the review of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Mental Health and Suicide Prevention services, and Integrated Team Care. Richard is also a member of the Commonwealth & NSW Mental Health Bilateral Meeting.

Richard’s university training includes a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy), both at the University of Sydney, and a Master of Health Administration at the University of New South Wales. He is also a Graduate of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Previously, Richard was CEO of Central Coast Medicare Local, and before that Central Coast Division of General Practice. Prior to that he worked in a range of clinical, management and divisional roles at Central Coast Local Health District. Richard initially trained and worked as a Physiotherapist, and worked clinically in public and private settings.
